Vaginosis

Vaginosis, usually called bacterial vaginosis, is an imbalance in the natural bacteria of the vagina, where protective bacteria are outnumbered by others. It commonly causes a thin, greyish discharge with a fishy odour, often more noticeable after intercourse, although some women have no symptoms. It is not considered a sexually transmitted infection. A doctor can confirm it with a simple examination and swab.
