Family Concierge — stay connected from any city
You cannot always be at the hospital. Work, other family responsibilities, and distance make it hard. Our Family Concierge is a dedicated WhatsApp channel — not the main hospital number, not clinical triage — designed specifically for out-of-town family members who need daily updates and logistics support while their parent is in treatment.
What the concierge provides
This service is included at no extra cost for all inpatient programme families. It starts when your parent is admitted and continues through discharge and the first follow-up consultation.
Daily treatment updates
A brief message each evening summarising what therapies your parent received, how they are feeling, and what is planned for tomorrow.
Photo/video updates (with consent)
Short clips of your parent during physiotherapy or yoga sessions, so you can see their progress even from another city.
Logistics coordination
Help with accommodation booking, airport pickup, local transport, meal preferences, and any special requests.
Physician Q&A relay
If you have questions between official rounds, send them via WhatsApp. The coordinator relays to the physician and shares the response.
Discharge planning
Advance notice of discharge date, post-discharge medicines shipped to your city, follow-up phone review schedule set up before your parent leaves.
Emergency escalation
If anything urgent happens, you are called immediately — not after the fact. Your phone number is on the priority contact list from day one.
How to set it up
One message is all it takes. After your parent's admission is confirmed, send a WhatsApp message to our care coordination team and they will add you to the Family Concierge channel.
