About Karna pooranam

When Karna pooranam may — and may not — be appropriate
May be appropriate for
- Tinnitus (ringing in ears), jaw stiffness (TMJ syndrome), earaches, vertigo, and hearing loss.
When it should NOT be done
- Perforated eardrum, active ear discharge (pus or blood), and acute otitis media.
