When Netra dhara may — and may not — be appropriate
May be appropriate for
- Allergic conjunctivitis, burning sensation in eyes, excessive watering, and early-stage cataracts.
When it should NOT be done
- Deep corneal ulcers, severe eye trauma, and acute ocular surgical wounds.
