Nagendiran, Sivakasi

My name is Nagendiran. I come from Sivakasi. Sivakasi is in Tirunelveli district. I came to know about AVN Hospital by seeing it on YouTube. My relative, my uncle, is a doctor and he recommended it too. Actually it was for my wife that I asked. I came here in 2017 for my wife. We came in 2017 to have treatment for my wife. But with all the running about, my chest hurt and my back hurt. Whatever I took for it did not come right for me. So we said, all right, let us be seen here, and we came. The doctor suggested that if we stayed a week and took treatment it would be useful. So we joined at once. I was joining her, and I would joke about it. I had knee pain too. So along with her I joined as a patient as well. We both had treatment. We had a week of treatment in 2017 and there was good improvement for her. The cough and all of that reduced a great deal. So we are happy with it. At that time we were seen by Dr. Biju. Biju was friendly and good. He advised us not like a doctor but like a close friend. And this ambience is good, near a mountain, near the Thirupparankundram temple — a mountain, a good atmosphere, a good garden. The hospital itself is not like a hospital but like an ashram, and I liked the ambience very much. Likewise there are many well-trained staff here. They call us father and mother, come father, come mother, as though our own children were greeting us; they called us with real warmth. So we are very happy about that. The food, though a little light, was given well and on time. In the morning bed coffee and tea would come. Morning tiffin, lunch, breakfast — all of it was good. After 2019, because Corona came, we had no idea of coming here. We did not come during that Corona period. After that period ended, when there was a slight leg pain again, we said, all right, let us be seen again, and we joined on 1 October. Today, on the eighth or ninth day, weare being relieved and going. The pain I had when I came has all been well relieved. They are happy here. The therapists are all young people, so they are doing well. They do it energetically. So as for facilities, it was good — that is, whether economy or otherwise, they have two types. But the treatment there is the same for everyone. Otherwise, Dr. Biju comes every day. Every day he asks us how it is today, what the improvement is today, and they have appointed a good many assistant doctors. They looked after us well too. So we are happy with the AVN hospital.
