Hello, my name is Nandu. I work in a bank. I live in Madurai. My problem is this: because of long sitting and long travel, and then because of not having a proper diet and not doing proper exercise, I developed back pain. So for that I had been going to orthopaedic doctors and physio doctors and doing normal exercises. While I was doing that, the pain would seem to go temporarily and then keep coming back. So then, after my friends all suggested it, I came to the hospital here and was admitted. I saw Dr. Biju. He analysed everything and gave me whatever treatment I needed. If you look at all the treatments given to me here, they are fully and entirely Ayurvedic. They told me to stop all allopathic medicines. All the facilities for coming and being admitted and staying are here. You will not actually feel that this is a hospital; I felt it was like an ashram here. You have to take medicine, and rather than having to look after yourself, the nurses come daily at the proper time — morning, afternoon and evening, before eating and after eating, they follow up every single day on whether you have taken the tablet or not. For the treatments, the therapists come at exactly the right time and take you along. When it is finished they bring you back themselves. Beyond the pain being relieved, in the ten days I have been here the difference is clearly visible.
