Kasthuri Thamizharasan, and I come from Madurai. I came here from a part of Madurai called Iyer Bungalow. Back in 2010 I was admitted here for my knee pain and went away cured. Now, on the third — the fourth, on 3 April — I had a back pain, a lower back pain. It was very difficult for me. In a situation where I could not move at all, I came here for treatment, to be admitted immediately. At that time it was Dr. Biju sir that I saw. Last time it was he who gave me the treatment. Now it has been 10 days since I was admitted. During this treatment, this course of treatment, there is good progress for me. I can walk erectly. Before, I could not stand straight, could not sit, and was in a situation 10 days before where I could not even get up from the bed. Now I can move, but with these 10 days of treatment I have to move a little slowly, and it is only for that that I am using this treatment; otherwise I would not even need that. Today I am being discharged, and this treatment has been thoroughly beneficial for me. My doctors helped me well. They kept giving their advice well every day. The therapist did it well for me too. The therapist who has been here for 20 years continues here. She was the one who gave it to me last time. Like that, most of the time it was she who gave me the treatment. Besides that they did physiotherapy in between. All of it made it easy for me to be cured this quickly and to go out. As for my treatment, there was the oil massage, and besides that they gave the fomentation. Besides that they put on poultices; in between they put on poultices with oil, and poultices with medicine, on the hip. Besides that, the heat therapy was very useful to me. Neither too hot nor too mild — because my pain was very bad they said it should be given less, and one person gave it to suit that. It was very useful; only now can I sit up straight.
