Hi, my name is Kavya. I have come from Chennai. I came here for treatment for spondylitis — neck and hand pain, radiating pain — including weight loss. So the treatment and nursing facilities and the facilities here are all tremendously excellent. Dr. Biju is my consultant. And an extremely talented and, what shall I say, extremely service-oriented doctor. And this is like my family hospital; everyone in my family comes here for treatment and has it all done here. They are all old patients, of course. They come for joint pain, and they are having good improvement. I have a good improvement too. Although it has not reduced completely, I have neared 90%. Another 10% is my exercise, from my side; that means it has to be some input. And otherwise the facilities, the nursing care, everything is so good. The environment is also very fine. The rooms are all very good. And if you look at the treatments, here they don't start up with oil on you. So initially, little by little, step by step they check whether everything suits you, whether the medicines suit you, and scaling it little by little is how they improve your treatment, and then once you are set with it, it goes on at the same pace. So when it first begins, it is like something warm applied — I do not know whether you would know the name. So, all right, something like a warm application, and then applying a little oil and starting with a light massage, and then it just increases. And the doctors — not only Dr. Biju, but the doctors with him, to mention Aathira ma'am, Dr. Jyothish; I only know their names this much. So all of them are taking excellent care. And of course, not to forget Suja ma'am. She is an excellent person and also she is an excellent doctor. So treatment-wise you will get 100% of all the care that you need here at AVN Arogya.
