Good afternoon. My name is Captain Jayaraman. My wife's name is Indira Jayarama. I know this AVM hospital for the past 15 years. Earlier, my wife had been taking treatment here. Dr. Biju is the main doctor for us. We knew him for the last 15 years ever since this unit was established. I came here because of my wife's back pain. which is very acute so when i called the doctor he asked me to come here and he came here last thursday about two weeks back and the treatment was started from friday onwards very promptly they have been giving the oil massage and then massage with milk and this one plus also a massage on the knee it has been very effective pain in the leg when she walks very otherwise there is not much i would like to commend the services of doctors who have been very very kind and very prompt same way i would given by the massagers is something very fantastic they were very friendly and make the patient very very happy and then give you a proper treatment this is what i could be able to see that one overall i would say that the entire stock has been well trained and they were which can also improve the overall brand image of this institute. Normally, we find that most of the senior citizens who are coming here to assist these patients come for the morning walk. They have to walk in the main road there. I will appeal to their management so they can develop a garden and then also a fast way so that the senior citizen everybody can walk in This I would appeal to you so that this will create a better brand image. And there are certain minor things which the management should look into. One area is the canteen and second is the dietician. Dietician should come every day and check with the patient whether the food is good. Secondly, she should also consider the nature of the patient. whether she has a diabetes or not and give food accordingly the breakfast as well at present the same food is being given which is not very very fair and correct as per my understanding because the diabetics should not take everyday rice so this would be avoided and so far as the food is also concerned when it comes to the room it becomes very very stale it is very stable it is not This also the management will consider ways and means of having a serving the food hot in the booths for the patient. Another minor area which I would suggest is for the laundry services, which probably a lot of improvement has to be done. There has to some way of collecting the laundry dirty cloth every day and returning back the next day. Whereas we have to now chase the people concerned to get it done. This could be a good way to do that. Otherwise, I would say this is one of the first class hospitals which I have in. Another minor area is maybe the management can consider is putting papers especially the English or Tamil in the rooms. This will help the patient as well as this one to look after everyday the paper and everything which is not being done at present. Might add to a certain cost of this one. But it will be a very minor task, but it will give you a lot of time for the people to read and then that will be helpful to them. That's what I would say. Otherwise, the treatment is very good. Everything is top-class standard and I wish AVM all more success. Thank you.
