Good afternoon. My name is Captain Jayaraman. My wife's name is Indira Jayaraman. I know this AVN Arogya for the past 15 years. Earlier I have been, my wife has been taking treatment here. Dr. Bijju is main doctor for us. We know him for the past 15 years, ever since this unit was established. I came here because of my wife's back pain, which is very acute. So when I called the doctor, he asked me to come here and we Came here last Thursday, about 2 weeks back, and the treatment was started from Friday onwards very promptly. They have been giving the oil massage and then massage with milk and then this one plus also a massage on the knee. has been very effective and her back pain is completely gone. Only slightly she is having only the pain in the leg. When she walks very fast otherwise there is not much of a pain. I would like to commend the services of doctors who have been very very kind and very prompt. Same way I would like to also... Congratulate the all the staff nurses who have been very very smiling face and then very responsive and coming for the treatment. More than that one, the treatment given by the masseurs is something very fantastic. They were very friendly and make the patient very very happy and then give the proper treatment. This is what I could able to see that one. Overall I would say that the entire stock has been well trained. And they were very very courteous and then giving proper response to our patient enquiries as well as. I would like to add only some suggestions which can also improve the overall brand image of this institution. Normally we find that most of the senior citizens who are coming here to assist the patient come for the morning walk. They have to walk in the main road there. I'll appeal to the management that they can develop a garden and then also a a pathway so that the senior citizens, everybody can walk in the garden sothat they get the fresh air as well as. This I would appeal to you so that this will create a better brand image. And there are certain minor things which the management should look into. One area is the canteen. Second is the dietician. I would request that dietician to come every day and check with the patient whether the food is good. Secondly, she should also consider the nature of the... patient whether she has diabetes or not and give food accordingly the breakfast as per this. At present the same food is being given which is not very very fair and correct as per my understanding. Because a diabetes should not take everyday rice. So this should be avoided. And so far as the food is also concerned, when it comes to the room, it becomes very very stale. It is very stale. It is not very hot. This also the management will consider ways and means of having a serving the food hot in the rooms for the patient. Another minor area which I would suggest is for the laundry services, which probably is a lot of improvement has been done. There has to be some way of collecting the laundry, dirty clothes every day and returning back the next day. Whereas we have to now chase the people concerned to get it done. This should be looked into. Otherwise, I would say this is one of the first-class hospitals which I have encountered. Another minor area is maybe the management can consider is. Putting papers, especially in English or Tamil, in the rooms. This will help the patient as well as this one to look after the everyday the paper and everything, which is not being done at present. might add to your settlement cost of the this one, but it will be a very minor cost, but it will give you a lot of time for the people to read and then that will be helpful to them.
