Hello, my name is Jaishankar. I work at LIC. I had a small problem, and for that I have come here to our AVN Ayurveda. Previously, when I was seen in other places, there was only one thing — you cannot get the medicine in the proper way. Or else they do not have the therapist needed to administer it. And beyond that there is no time taken for rest. But here all three are available to us very properly. All the staff working here must truly be called an asset to this institution. Because every one of them — I first made just a phone call from the office. Geetha ma'am and the others who handle insurance settled everything over the phone, right down to the OP matters; they sorted out a great many things. I did not have to spend any extra time at all. I came at exactly the right time. Likewise they negotiated exactly at the stop they had mentioned. They received me and asked exactly which room would be suitable for me, sir. Going to that room, they accommodated me properly. That is to say, what should I call it — the basic facilities; just going into that room gives you a sense of presence. A good clean atmosphere. Everything inside, from the sanitary arrangements to the bedding to the lighting, has been arranged thoroughly in the way that will be good for a patient. It is genuinely a great pleasure to see. Likewise all the staff — in the morning the sisters come and ask whether you want water, hot water first. For each thing, whether it is bringing us the medicines we need, or coming two or three times to ask whether we want water, they ask us. The meals on time and properly, and more importantly the therapists. The therapists here are so dedicated. Every one of them is so dedicated — to look at them they are just young lads. But when you talk to them, so much has been given to them in training. They have done a great deal. If you ask those young men, why do you do this,why are you doing that, they give good and proper answers. They administer it properly. Good lads — truly those lads too are one of the assets of this AVN Arogya. And there are good administrative staff. If you look at the administrative staff, they are thorough; whatever it is, they call immediately and ask. If the therapist is coming, they will tell you ten minutes beforehand. Genuinely, whether it is to see to something or to ask, things happen without any difficulty for us at all. As for the MD ma'am, I have been here before, for my wife's treatment and for my son's treatment. At that time sir was there. There was a good relationship then and good opportunities to talk. Now with ma'am, there is always a kindness about her. That kindness speaks a great deal in her. Truly, at this time I thank ma'am. I thank her. Her dedicated work — she is dedicated.
