Hello. My name is Shanthi. I live here in Madurai. Now, last Thursday the 24th, I was admitted for neck pain and knee pain. But I have already been taking treatment here for about 10 years. I have already taken it for a lot of inflammation problems and this and that. All of that came right. Now the neck pain has become somewhat more stressed because of work pressure. So the neck pain, and with that, because of the age factor, the knee pain came, from bone wear. So it is Dr. Sridevi madam that I have been seeing. So she said I should stay 1 week or 10 days and take treatment, do therapy and all of this. All right, I came last Thursday. Now I have got a really good cure, almost more than 90%. There were some small side effects from this treatment. That was heat, or something of that kind, and all that was fine; they put it right. Whatever problem we mention, they immediately put it right for us properly here. While in the hospital, whatever pain I had — when all these treatments were being done, the bones were a little painful. They do a treatment called Nasyam. As soon as I said so, immediately they gave the medicine for whatever had to be done for it and put the treatment for it right. Here I am alone; there is nobody. The therapists here take you along nicely and see to you and do it. I have recommended this hospital to a lot of people. A lot of people came because I told them, and have been cured well. Because I have been here 10 years, my file at this hospital is a very big file of its own, to that extent. I keep having it done here, I have taken treatment, and everything comes right for me. But the thing is, because we cannot regularly do our exercises and this and that, because we are running about at work, some complication or other keeps coming back. If we followed it properly and did it, it would be very good. But one thing about me is that I certainly takethose medicines, these medicines, properly. Likewise the food they give here is very apt for me. Good, correct food. Without too much pungency or salt, it is very good. It is mild. Without spices it is very good. I like it very much. And this time I said I had no appetite. Then they gave medicine for appetite too and now I am eating well. There is no problem at all. The treatment therapists do it splendidly too. That is, I think they treat us as though we were children. They do it that well. They come and take you along and give the treatment and leave their own children and do all of this. Likewise the staff. From the nursing side here, they too come correctly and give the tablets, before food and after food, and likewise bring water and give it; whatever it is, even applying a medicine to the head — even that they come and do correctly. There is not a single problem here. It is good. I like it very much, because I take treatment at this hospital. There is a good atmosphere. The doctors' care with that is excellent. Likewise the duty doctors — nothing need be said, it is all so splendid. There is one doctor now, a duty doctor, and he treats us like a mother; when I see him he is just like my son. To that extent he comes and pats you and does this and goes, and I am very, very happy; it is as though our own child came to us, like that. So to say it all in one, for me it is full satisfaction taking treatment at this hospital. I keep telling many more people even now; even last week while I was here, our relative, my cousin sister, a girl, is taking treatment; she is in the outpatient department. She is thinking that once a room is available she will come and stay here and take treatment. So for everyone, if you ask me, rather than allopathy, this is Ayurveda, and in that, here — as far as I am concerned this is the best. Thank you.
