My greetings to all who are watching. I am Shilpi Balani and I have come from Kolkata, and my friend gave me the address here and told me about it, that she had been taking treatment and had benefited a great deal. I have the problem of irritable bowel syndrome, and my hair also falls a great deal, and I always feel tired. So when I came here and saw this Ayurvedic treatment, it was in my mind whether I would get better or not. But I can tell everyone very happily that I have liked the treatment here very much indeed. There has been a great benefit; there has been a great deal of ease in my avascular necrosis. And the people here are very good. The air and climate all around here are very good too. There is greenery everywhere, and the people who are working also work with their hearts in it. They are very hard-working people, and if you need something they try to give it to you as quickly as possible, so seeing all this makes me feel that I will get better even sooner. And half the illness goes away in that itself. The second thing is that here they also have free yoga for the breath. They have you do breathing exercises, something like pranayama. With that, in any case, a person gets a little energy. So I am very happy to have come here, and I would say to many people that if they have any problem, if they are going through any trouble, they should certainly come here and have their treatment done so that they too get well. So my doctor here is Dr. Sridevi. Very cheerful, and I liked her very much. Her behaviour was so good that, I mean, half a patient's illness goes away with that itself. And the people who are doing the treatment here mostly try to massage with a lot of oil. And with that, they say, all the disorders in your body come out through the oil. Then they also give a lot of steam and so on. And they also massage the head. Several times they also give youa hot compress with a potli, on the whole head and the body and whatever problem there is in the body. Mostly they use oils that make your body a little more supple, and for eating too they have their Ayurvedic medicines, which have absolutely no side effects. So the best thing about Ayurveda is that there are no side effects in it. When you take it, how quickly it works depends on each patient, on how bad your condition is and how you accept it mentally. So if you are to accept this, you will also have to think that I should accept it with an open mind and an open heart, so that your treatment will help you get better even sooner. This is all I would like to say — that whoever feels like it, whoever has a little doubt in their mind whether this Ayurveda does good or not — but I feel that in our older times, our grandparents and our sages all believed in Ayurveda. So we should go back to that same thing and see how their health stayed so good. And of course there are many things that do not suit us, and then that thing has to be given up. So in my view I have benefited very greatly from Ayurveda. Thank you.
