Hello, my name is Shanthi Prakash. I have come from Chennai. At first I did not know about AVN. It was someone who works with my sister who told her. They had come and stayed a week for this joint pain and all this, for their foot pain and everything. Then they said they got good relief, and after they said that to my younger sister, I said, all right, I have had this for a long time. All right, let us go and see how it is and what it is, and that is why I came here. Now I have 7 days of treatment. 5 days have gone now and it is good. They apply oil for everything and do this, and give fomentation. Mainly I came for joint pain, neck pain and hip pain. So the treatment for that is that they apply oil fully and give a massage like this. That gives really good relief from the pain. It is good. The therapist who does it does it splendidly. They did it well. That receptiveness gives us a kind of satisfaction. The way they do it — yes, it is good. But they say that if the therapist does not do it well now, tell us and we will change them for you; they say even that. But it is not like that at all; all of them do it well. Food, food-wise, and otherwise the room, everything is okay. Mine was Dr. Arun. And then the duty doctors and their assistants all come properly and correctly. They ask what shortcomings we have. Their support is very good too. Any time, whatever we want, even a glass of water, they bring it at once. There is no problem at all. And if you look around, you can go walking nicely. Because there are trees and all this, our minds are free. If we were shut in a room like in a hospital or something like that, that would be very stressful for us. There is nothing like that surrounding here. There is good space. Anyone can go walking any way they like and do anything. The mind is very free. The 7 days go without your noticing. They carry you through beautifully.Whether it is the nursing, or the other housekeeping, or the food, all of it is okay, good. Nothing at all can be said against it. The main thing is that we feel good relief. Truly it was only because they told us that we came, because at my house, even though we are in Madurai, I did not know that a place like this existed. They came and stayed and took treatment, and on their word I came. When I saw it, it is really splendid, very good. So now I can feel about 70% or 75% relief from my pain. It is very good, so whoever you are, you can come to AVN with confidence. Taking good treatment and getting relief this way is what we now say as patients. Okay, thanks very much.
