Hello. My name is Nageswari. I have come from S. S. Colony, Madurai. Because of the neck pain my whole arm had gone numb and there was very severe pain. First, in allopathic treatment, he said I must stay on bed rest and gave painkillers, and gave physiotherapy. While taking the physiotherapy pain began to come in my back as well. Because of the painkillers my stomach became like an ulcer. She saw me and said that if I were admitted and took 1 week of treatment there would be good relief. After that, when we contacted them here for admission, they had a lot of Covid precautions in place. So they said we could only join here after taking a Covid test and getting a negative report. So we took a Covid test and sent the result on WhatsApp. After that they told us to download the Aarogya Setu app, scan the QR code that comes on it and WhatsApp a screenshot of it, and only after sending that did they give permission to come here for admission. Even after arriving they checked the temperature and sanitised, and as soon as I arrived they told me to bathe in the room and put all my clothes in hot water in a bucket and soak them, and only after that did they begin the therapy. They do the treatment very systematically. Cleansing by expelling all the unnecessary waste in the body. They did the massage, we did the strengthening. Now it is much better. My swelling has reduced well. And the pain has been nicely relieved. And then Sridevi madam is very friendly and very caring and sees to you well. Now even when I come for a check-up, all the staff inside look after us very well, like a good family member. The food is a good sattvic food too. Because I was also diabetic, they consulted adietitian and gave food suited to that and looked after me well. Madam too came daily and checked how it was and how the improvement was now, and designed the treatment to suit the problem we described and gave it very systematically. So thanks to AVN.
