That young man did it very sincerely. Other therapists came too, two or three others. But from what I observed, that young man's procedure of treatment — he was very patient, and with great patience he did everything that had to be done and did all of it correctly for me. Likewise for my wife, a lady therapist did it. So a plus point one may mention in this is that, as near as possible, without having to walk, they take you to the therapist room right next door. That is, they take you to the treatment room nearby. Madam, Sridevi madam, said, do not stay shut in your room; go out for a walk and come back. And besides that I have diabetes. In addition to this treatment, they gave medicine for the diabetes. What they said was a powder, a formula medicine, and also tablets, a formula; they gave both. That is, they take out the tablets and give them, the capsules, the tablets they had given, the Lumbodone, the Zeodone and that sort of thing. My wife was unwell; she is in the next bed. For both of us the tablets, exactly before food and after food — likethat, three times a person comes and sees to it. They see to it and take out the tablets correctly and put them in a dish and do that and give them. That service is not there in any hospital. That is, they would tell you to take your tablets. If someone is bedridden and cannot manage, they will give the tablets. Here it is that you are able to walk, but even then they arrange for it to be given and a carer comes for it. They come and do it and go. Likewise they give water well. Herbal water, they call it herbal water. Hot water as well as cold water. Whatever you want, daily, they are coming there and doing that. That cannot be seen anywhere. Very pure water, herbal water. And then another point is this food, the food items. What are the foods suitable to your body? That is the same, whatever, all items, food items, if you see. It is very hygienic and healthy. They say nature with care, do they not — truly, that is it. That nature itself is the food. They have people in place to do a service like this. Likewise the allocation of therapists. And the therapist allocated and the concerned room allotted. In that particular room, this boy therapist went and already made arrangements for oil and other things and kept it and came. Then he goes there, takes you along and does it. When it is done, after the treatment is over they get a signature on a small format. He did it according to the doctor's specification of what treatments to do. Whatever oil was to be applied, whatever was to be given, likewise milk and so on, they gave it. That is, Pizhichil. So they change the treatment, that is, they change the content of the packet-like thing they give. So depending upon the requirement. Whatever is needed, they change it and give it.
