A continuous, rhythmic pouring of warm, fermented herbal grain liquid to combat deep-seated inflammation, fluid retention, and stiffness.
Whether this therapy is right for you is a physician's decision
About Kadidhara
Unlike traditional oil therapies, Kadidhara relies on an acidic, fermented medium to break down deep metabolic toxins (Ama). It safely induces sweating without aggregating inflammation.
When Kadidhara may — and may not — be appropriate
May be appropriate for
- Inflammatory arthritis (Amavata/Rheumatoid Arthritis), fibromyalgia, obesity, and generalized body pain with toxic retention.
When it should NOT be done
- Dry skin conditions, extreme emaciation, burning syndrome (Daha), and post-panchakarma purgation phases.
The decision is always individualised by your treating physician.
What to Expect During Kadidhara
A unique sour-aromatic sensory experience, light sweating, immediate lightness in the joints, and a significant drop in throbbing pain.
