Hello, my name is Vijayakumar. I come from Chennai. For the last six months at least I had terrible pain in both hip joints. I sought treatment in a great many places. I tried allopathic medicines. I saw allopathic doctors. In a good many places, a good many people could not even diagnose it. Finally, when an orthopaedic checked it, they diagnosed AVN, avascular necrosis. In two or three places everyone recommended surgery. I said, all right, initially let us not have surgery, and I began checking on the internet. When I started checking I heard about this AVN Arogya. In all they had told me twenty-one days of admission. So when it started initially they gave me different therapies, mostly oil therapies. Plus the fomentation, the herbal fomentation, and then a hot bath; they provided different therapies like that. As it went on, within about one week I began to see a good improvement. Before being admitted my mobility had been very badly affected. I could not walk at all. I was walking with crutches. After about a week the pains gradually began to reduce. Then they began giving physiotherapy combined with it. Physiotherapy and limited workouts. As they kept giving it, overall almost all the pain began to reduce. After it began reducing, almost 60% of my mobility has now been restored. Since it is AVN, there is no complete recovery, but the severity has stopped, almost stopped. Because of that, most of the day-to-day activities, I am able to do them. There is a good amount of improvement. So hopefully —they have told me to continue the medicines. So I will continue this so that it does not spread further. The doctor who gave me treatment here is Dr. Ramesh Warrier. He explained the therapy fully. As I said, the therapy sessions were planned to exact timings and everything was followed. Chiefly, if you look at this ambience and these surroundings, they are very peaceful.
