My name is Velmurugan. I come from here in Madurai. My native place is Madurai. But I had some issues. What they were is that I had a cervical spinal issue and a right hand shoulder ligament problem. So this ligament problem, the shoulder ligament problem, I have had for nearly 8 years. So recently, about 3 months before that, I struggled a great deal because of this spinal issue. But even so, both on the net and in my friends circle — because I work in a bank I have a rather large friends circle. On that basis I gathered data. At that time many people said AVN Arogya — because I already knew about this AVN Arogya as far back as 2003 or 4, since my friend's mother had treatment here. From then on I knew it to a degree; I did not know the whole thing, but even so, when my problem came and I was consulting, and the same AVN was mentioned, all right, when I enquired what it was, my friends circle said that if I went here and took treatment it would be good, and I looked on the net too. But this was a new environment for me. Because I did not know how it would be. It was only on the hope of what my friends had said that I came and stayed here. Or, since I am local, can I not come and go — and then they said, if you stay here and have it done, the healing can be done well. The recovery will happen immediately. So even so, we must not strain ourselves. While taking this treatment the main thing is not tostrain. So one must rest fully. One must fully eat the food they give. So one must be relaxed; only then, and because there is nothing else, will it be quick. I took about 10 days' leave and was admitted here. But I am going to be discharged in one more day. But compared with the state I was in when I first came and joined, the present state is totally different. Because if you look at mine, I have a feeling that nearly 70% or more has recovered for me. To that extent, as for how the treatment was here — what shall I say, everyone looked after me nicely, like parents looking after you at home. Even our therapy — I will tell you what therapies they gave me. They even gave me about four types of therapy in two sessions; they gave a morning and an evening session. That was mainly for the cervical and the shoulder. First of all, if you look at all the places that are blocked for us, first they give a release for that pain. And then after that, if you look, they release all those pressures you have. Only then do they give their strengthening. That is their main focus. So in that, for each thing there will be a different variation. In that, for me normally, they mentioned three treatments to me. There is this one called Pizhichil that they did. But then after that there is one called kizhi. What that is for is mainly to take out the stiffness with the oil. That is what they call Podikizhi. That is taking out the — first, rubbing full oil on you and clearing it. Then after that, if you look, that one called kizhi, they apply that fomentation. They apply the fomentation with a cloth, a medicated fomentation. What that is, is fully — the way we apply hot water, but not so that it is uncomfortable; they apply it like that. Only then, after that, if you look, finally they give two or three more treatments. So compared with the pressures I had on day one, now, after about 8 days,when I look at it all the treatment they gave is exact. For me personally, if you look at my case, it is very satisfied. Besides that, the people who come here keep to the time and the schedule exactly. Even if it is at such and such an hour, the information will come at that hour. If it is at 7 o'clock they will phone at 6 in the morning. So they keep up things like that exactly and punctually. Besides that, whether it is the doctor — the senior doctor comes regularly on rounds; if you look at it daily, they are visiting regularly. The assistant doctor visits twice a day. Likewise, if you look at the nurses here, they are the ones who must give the tablets, they are the ones who must give the medicine. So even that medicine — I have even asked many times, we take that medicine ourselves, why do you give it; or they say, you would not know and would not take it, and even so, we must take it out and give it with our own hands, they say, and so they take it out with their own hands and give it. This feels like a great deal of care. Likewise the room cleaning is done exactly. Besides that, there are separate people just to ask whether there is any feedback. They too come and ask whether there are any complaints. So whether you are fully satisfied with the service all day — they clear all of that. Even if there are small differences, they clear that for us too. So further, the therapists too, according to the patient, cooperate a great deal. That is, if there are elderly people — for me there are; for me a different young man, from a young age to an older age — but even so, all that they give, without much pain, very politely, exactly at the timing and schedule they give, and they even take you back as far as the room before going. So both the treatment and the staff here, all of it, finish that treatment correctly at that time. The food exactly, and all of this and theatmosphere here, I liked very much. It is in the middle of the hills, but even so, very calm, very quiet, very polite; so everything is exact. It is very happy. Next, because of the timing — because I had no time; otherwise I would have stayed another week. Even next, if you look, the main focus day, if you look, is that one must continue the treatment they give in a regularised way, one must stay in touch in a regularised way; that is their success. So I am very happy. Because tomorrow I am being discharged. But I am very happy. Because I have got relief from this pain first of all. Because I suffered a great deal. I could not even sleep. Now I sleep well. So the treatment they have given I liked very much too. And their service is exact too. Thank you.
