I come from Hosur. Here, with my joint pain, the muscles had swollen a great deal. With the swelling, it was to the point where I could not lift my arm like this. Look at this arm — it has now come to the point where I can lift it like this, and this arm too. Before I could not lift it at all; I could not lift it like this at all. I came taking a very great risk. At the same time, it was for my wife that I came here for treatment. As soon as we came for my wife's treatment, when they saw her within two or three days — her leg had bent out of shape to the point where she could not walk. I had been trying for 2 years to come here without managing it. Last year I planned that we could come. It did not work out then. They said that because of Covid they were not allowing it. So I could not come. Then this time I phoned and took an appointment, came with a Covid test, was checked here, and then came in. As soon as we came in, within two or three days of being seen, my wife had really splendid improvements, clearly visible. That is, I had come thinking, let us just have a massage here for the blood circulation and have it put right and go. Then we must go and have the operation. I had come in the frame of mind that the knee had to be operated on. But as soon as we came here, the condition where an operation had to be done was no longer needed. Because it came to the condition of not being needed, I thought I too should get myself put right here, and so I took treatment here myself. Likewise, while taking the treatment, the hospital here — right as you step inside there is a good atmosphere, good gardens, and the buildings here are good for the body. Inside, the rooms are very clean, they are neat. Likewise at the reception, in a good way, they maintain the distance and maintain Covid precautions well. When you call, and with every service they do, it is very happy. Eventhough the illness is on one side, when their cheerful faces are on the other side, it is very, very happy. But that AVN Hospital does this in Madurai is very, very surprising to me. I did not come expecting it to be like this. But after coming here I have an eagerness to tell another 100 members about it. As they say in some film — like a blow that takes 5 tons of weight off. Like that, it increased my power; I am 62 years old but I am in a feeling as though I were about 50 now. I do not know how to tell you this, but to this AVN Hospital which gave me this much, and to the management here, and here every nurse and doctor, when they deal with every small thing with that cheerful face, it is very happy. What did you do? What did you eat? How is it? Does sleep come or not? How long did you sleep? How long did you rest? Did you walk? What did you eat? Is the food good or not? When they deal with every single small thing, it is very, very happy. At the same time, everyone is waiting to do whatever is needed at any hour. If you say it, they bring it to the room at once and do it. If there is any shortcoming in the food they put it right at once. The nurses do it with very, very cheerful faces. Just seeing them — right, okay, do you need anything? Is there anything to be done? Do you need any help? When they say do it at any hour, it is very happy. The doctors come from time to time as needed, two or three times, and check. They check and ask, is there any pain? Is there anything? How is the feedback? What condition are you in? Is there anything more to be done? How is it? What difference is there between what was done yesterday and today? When they mention these small things, I am very surprised. So here, still, many more people are unable to make use of a hospital like this, and do not know of it. Now I myself, after doing this for many years, was suddenly told outsidethat an operation had to be done, and I thought, first let us check the massaging and this Ayurvedic thing. Then afterwards we can go and have the operation, I thought. But it was only after coming here that I knew. The operation is not needed at all for my knee pain; it will not be needed. In that condition, my wife is 95% well; they have said to do exercises for the other 5%. She walks well and there is no problem of any kind now. So it is my wish that everyone should use this hospital in a good way. I am nicely strong; that is, my strength feels as though it has gone back about 10 years. I came in a condition where I could not move this arm, and now look how freely I do this. I came in a condition where I could not lift it at all. The knee had bent and the muscles had all swollen. From a condition where I could do nothing, I am now boosted up to the point of striking off 5 tons of weight. That makes me very proud. You too should make use of a hospital like this, and at the same time my heartfelt thanks to all the management who helped me here, and to the MD, and to the nurses, the doctors and every single person who supports them. I am thinking of leaving this hospital with an eagerness to come again and again and give my praise, and to tell many hundreds more.
