My name is Velayudham and I come from Sivagangai. The one who referred this hospital was my friend Karthik, my colleague. Actually my mother had body pain and a lot of problems of that sort. And I have a low back disc, so the two of us were admitted together. Sreeja ma'am was the one who dealt with us. We went, and she told us to be admitted. So they explained all the treatments to us. So we were admitted. Before being admitted they had asked for a Covid test report. That took about three days. Only after the report was obtained did they let us in. It is as though the place has been completely insulated. There are no Covid precautions like this anywhere else at this time. The restrictions are good. After that we were admitted for treatment. The service was very good, the rooms. The homely service is very good. It is not a hospital environment. It is a home environment, a feel-good environment. So that is a big plus. And as for the treatment, personally they prescribed a lot of oil treatment for me. Doing it with oil. Applying oil and taking a tub bath, there was a steam bath, and the young men who did the treatment were all very friendly and good. What shall I say — I have never seen such a well-institutionalised Ayurvedic hospital before. I did not even know it was here. They say it has been here 90 years; I had no idea it had been here 90 years. For my treatment I had thought Ayurveda would be better than allopathy. I had thought of going to Kerala. But because my friend referred me, truly, this hospital's service, the service for what I pay — I like all of it very much. The treatment is very good. The doctors are very transparent. Compared with going to an allopathic hospital and what the doctors there do — here, personally, Sreeja ma'am is very transparent and very friendly, and her approach is very good. So overall, if anyone certainly asks me about thishospital, I will certainly recommend it. There is nothing to fear.
