This is Ramesh from Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. I had hip pain in my right leg. I used a lot of medicines at the time, thinking it would recover. But after that, I had the problem again. Two months after consulting, I approached the orthopedic doctor at NR Hospital in Vijayavada. They took an x-ray first. After seeing the x- ray, they also ordered an MRI scan. They concluded that I had AVN, meaning avascular necrosis. Because of this disease my hips were damaged starting at 20 to 30 percent. In my right leg I had grade three and in my left leg i had grade two. Why did this happen? I didn't know why or how it happened. They asked, did you have corona or something similar before? Yes, I had corona during the month of May 2021 and at that time I consumed steroids. Because It had a side effect where there was no blood circulation in my hip joint bone. Because of that, the hip bone started to die. So they suggested cord decompression, bone grafting and some physiotherapy. After this it might be useful for three to four years. If it is not successful then I would have to be admitted for hip replacement. I was afraid of all these things. Why? Because I am 42 years old and I have a family. If I undergo this hip replacement, I would have to take rest for at least six to nine months. I cannot afford that much time off. At the same time, I am not interested in replacing my original body parts. Then I searched Google and the internet for options other than allopathy. But at the same time, I also searched for many doctors in allopathy. I took appointments with them. They all came to the same conclusion, core decompression or total replacement, even though my pain was severe. I knew it wasn't right to undergo surgery at this moment. Then I searched on Google if there were any possibilities in Ayurveda. Then I called them and took an appointment. First of all, they received my appointment online and reviewed all of my reports. Then I came here in the month of, I think March 23, 2022. Then they gave me treatment like Ayurvedic therapy and physiotherapy. Day-by-day my improvement is there. After one week, I had relief. By coming, like as I go on, no it is the third week now, I am 70% recovered. I had confidence. I can do my regular activities, the normal activities that we do regularly by myself.
