My name is Vanmathy Sridharan. I have come from Trichy. First, there is a friend of mine here called Mr. Ilangovan. I had a great deal of trouble with this knee pain and was struggling badly. It was then that he introduced me to this hospital. Having introduced it, he said, go there and take treatment, madam, it will be good; I have seen a good many people who had treatment like this and came away well. So I said I would come and be seen. There is an Ayurvedic hospital in Trichy. Even so, because he told me what they do at this hospital, I came here. When I came, they sanitised me at the gate and did all the precautionary methods needed for Corona before letting me in. On the day I came I first saw Dr. Arun. After he saw me he asked whether I would stay here and have the treatment. I said all right, that I had no problem. Then, as a precaution, they took a Covid-19 test. After that test came back negative they gave admission. So from the 16th onwards I have been taking treatment here. The doctor who attended to me was Mrs. Sridevi. She treats you very well. Her approach was such that, in the way she speaks to a patient with patience, you feel a healing just from her speaking. I liked it very much. After that, when I was staying in my room, I was first given one in Annexe A. I did not get a room in B. While I was in that room I felt it was not very comfortable, and as soon as I told the doctor they immediately gave me a room in B as soon as one fell vacant. So that kindness pleased me too. When I said the lighting was not sufficient for reading, they changed the lighting for me as well. So when they accept a patient's request and act on it, that is something worth appreciating. Likewise, when the treatment is done, everything is periodic and systematic — six o'clock means six o'clock, six-thirty means six-thirty, attending to the room, the therapists coming and doingit, all of it is done systematically. That too was very good. Without intervals, without lag, all of it. When they did the knee treatment, first they applied the oil and gave something like a fomentation for the knee. I do not know the name for it. But having done that treatment, after that, there was a bath as well and we came back. After two or three days they applied oil for the knee and did something called Janu Vasti. Having given that treatment, after that they did something called Navarakizhi. Then after that, daily they applied oil to the leg and put on a bandage that stayed on until night. So after that was applied I have a reasonably good recovery. I have recovered about 90% from how I came, because of that treatment. Likewise the room service is all thorough and periodic; even if I had gone for treatment and it was a little late, they would come afterwards and do it. So all of that is very much worth appreciating. All the staff behaved very kindly and politely. That was something I liked very much.
