My name is Sivanandham. I come from Kumbakonam. I came here for my mother's treatment. She had a bone in the hip that had slipped a little, and because of that there was some problem in the spine. So it is this hip pain that she has had for a long time. She has had it for a long time, nearly 5 years. So we went to a lot of English hospitals and treatments of that kind. But there was no great satisfaction in any of it. Wherever we went they said an operation had to be done. But they said there would be no use even in an operation; it would mean operating again and again. And at her age that treatment would certainly not suit. Then a friend of mine, an office colleague, had had treatment at this AVN Arogya Hospital, and they had been unable to walk. In one month they began to walk well. So on their word, then, there is someone at the hospital called Dr. Biju, and we called and asked him. So this is the problem; can treatment be done for it or not, will there be improvements — and he said it could certainly be done. So because of that we joined this month and planned about 2 weeks. So this hospital, when you come and see it, feels just like a home. So we have a lot of privacy, plus a lot of their services — if you look at the housekeeping, the food, all of it is satisfying overall. So it gives us a feeling of having the treatment while staying at home. Besides that, if you look at the treatment, what we mainly came for, for my mother, was only that hip pain. But my mother had this leg pain, she had headache, she had heaviness of the body, she had this stiffness. So looking at it like that, this treatment is best for all of it overall. This is our first time. But even so it seems very much the best to us. All of it is satisfying. Otherwise their caring service, the people inside, plus housekeeping, the quality team, the maintenance team — like that, they keep caring forus all the time. So in that respect it is the best hospital for everyone.
