Srinivasan, Sivakasi

My name is Srinivasan. A village near Sivakasi, and native. We came for my wife's treatment. She has back pain. Since about 2012, for the last 10 years, she has had that problem. At that point one of our relatives told us about this place. They told us about AVN Hospital. Basically we are people who put a lot of trust in natural medicine. So as soon as they said it, we said all right, let us see what this is. As to how her back pain came about, she has a lot of work that involves travelling by two-wheeler. My wife works. She has to go from our town to a village nearby and come back. We have to travel about 30 kilometres. So with her going and coming on that two-wheeler, and then the other housework on top of it, it became somewhat aggravated. In between we did not attend to it properly. All right — now, when I came, it was rather chronic. It has been 11 days now. The swelling has gone down well. And the pain has reduced well. We consult with Dr. Biju. From the beginning, for the last 10 years, he is the one we see. He said it, he said it right at the start: you must follow up in between, he said. Because of some work we could not manage to come and be seen. So because of that this problem became somewhat chronic. But now it is rather good. The treatment, their massages, they do all of it very well. The service is good. Besides the service, the other staff, the housekeeping, the other nurses, all of them do it very well. It was very homely. A good positive approach; all the young people look after you well. Not only the patient — they are very supportive to the attenders too, to somewhat aged people like us. So a good treatment, all of it.
