Hello, I am Mrs. Sugumari Bhuvaneswaran. I have come from London. If I am to say why I came here to take treatment — two years ago, when I was going in a car, because of a car accident I had shoulder pain and neck pain on my left side, and there was numbness in the leg. So I had been putting up with it somewhat. Saying I must come here and be seen, I first telephoned my younger brother, who is called Prakash, and told him. I said, tell me where in Kerala there is a place for this Ayurvedic treatment, and they said, you need not go there; come here to the AVN Arogya branch. We came here. On the first day we came and saw Sridevi madam. We came and were seen, and at the time we were seen she said an X-ray must be taken. We went and had the X-ray taken and came back the next day and were seen, and when we were seen she said, come and take treatment with us. We began the treatment. A good massage, an oil massage, and that. They did all sorts of different massages. Someone called Murugeswari came to treat me. She did it very well. Very friendly, very good; and besides her, Mary; and then Murugeswari was the one who massaged me daily. When I came here I was a little afraid at first. It was my first time coming here from London. I did not know how they would treat me. So I came rather afraid. Now, the very next day after arriving, everyone had become friendly with me. Great happiness. When I came, I could not lift my arm beyond this much. After two days it came this far. Now it is this far. To that extent. Very happily, I have finished my treatment here and I will go home properly on the day. If you take every single person who works here, I like all of them very much. All of them are very friendly, so kind, all of them. Thanking all of them, and for Sridevi madam — what shall I say? When I first came, when I first saw Sridevi madam, it was a devotion to God; I saw her as amother. As soon as I saw her, a deity came to my mind. Because of that deity I am well cured today and going from here. That is a great happiness for me. I have liked everything about this hospital and all that is here. In a natural setting they carry us along in a good way. I wish with all my heart that this work may continue further. As far as the treatment goes, everyone does it well and with a generous heart.
