I am Shanthi and I came to this hospital from Kovilpatti for treatment. We came to the hospital having heard about it through someone. I had severe pain in the knee. When I showed it to doctors there they told me to have an operation. Even though some people recommended that, we came here and were seen. Sridevi ma'am saw me. She said an operation was not needed and that it could be treated, and gave me the treatment. It has been about ten days. The treatment they do here is good; the pain has reduced a great deal. I who could not walk have come to walk well. They looked after the treatment well. In the treatment they do oil massage and give fomentation. On the first day, for about four days, they did a full oil massage. After that they look at whichever place is affected and do the oil massage there and give the fomentation. They changed the treatment about as needed for us to improve, and did it well. The physiotherapist came and saw me. They also teach some exercises for the leg. The treatment here is quite all right. All the nurses look after us well. I was here alone, without an attendant. So they took good care and looked after me well. Thank you.
