Sambandam, Karaikudi

My name is Sambandam. My town is Karaikudi. I am a retired professor from an engineering college. I was just crossing the road. 20 or 25 days back, I was on a two-wheeler on the road. And I did not feel that pain in the day time. At night I had swelling. So I went to the local orthopaedic and he suggested a new band and he said it will be cured in 1 month. But I was not satisfied. And I was thinking of going somewhere else, of coming to Madurai for another allopathic doctor, but in the meantime I was informed by my co-in-law Kasi Viswanathan, who has already taken treatment here for 43 days some few years back. He suggested this hospital. We never knew this hospital before, but only after that advice from my co-in-law did we come to know about this hospital, and I have been admitted to this hospital for 10 days, on 9 August. And the treating doctor was Dr. Sridevi, and she said it is nothing, it can be cured in two or three days or a maximum of one week. So, since I came along with my wife, who has also been having pain for a long time, I thought I would be here along with her for one week and take treatment. So, taking treatment for almost one week, we are going to be discharged tomorrow, and almost 95% of the pain has been relieved and I am able to walk freely and everything has improved. And one of the things about the hospital is that I don't feel like this is a hospital. It is just like a homely atmosphere, serene and natural. Scenic surroundings, and the people working here take their job as theirs, not as a load; they just take it as a play time and do it. And even if you go to the restaurant, you go to the nurses' station, and if you go to the treatment, everybody is dedicated. And I feel very much satisfied having come out to this hospital, and definitely I will suggest it to any of my friends or relatives who have injuries like this.
