I am Shankara Murthy. I come from Chennai. I have worked 38 years in a bank and I retired 8 years before. So basically for last 8 years I am sitting and not going for any work. I am going for walking and other things but I have age related problems. I had knee pain and I am not able to go for a long walk. I and ankle have a little itching pain, not able to walk consistently. She had a little severe problem more than me. She was not able walk. She has very severe pain in the knee and all. Comparatively compared to her I have not that much problem but as age related I was having severe impediments so then they came here I went to their branch at Velachery for their medicines and oil and other things. But they recommended you should go for 10 or 15 days in-state hospitalization. Then I consulted them. In fact, they came over the phone and discussed with me. Then they recommended, then suggested you should come for a treatment here. 10 days. See here, I stayed with my wife and both of us got the treatment for... because my problem was little less so they gave me one time treatment per day. So nearly six therapy antiviral oil and powder and the treatments they give but after the treatment I have gotten relief from the pain But now what I feel is my body is like a child. Earlier I used to feel hard even though I have a pain, I get able to walk and all. But after the treatment now I feel little... So I hope the treatment will be better. See I want to say in 2012 I had a very severe shoulder pain. I went to the hospital in Chennai. I don't know how to mention the name but they suggested They not only suggested, they have insisted that I should go for a shoulder operation. But I postponed it for the last 10 years. Here I came and got this treatment. I expect that relief will be sustained. See the room service was good. I stayed both in the economy as well as non-AC. I have a problem with AC so I didn't take the AC room. I took only the non-IC. I insisted for a non-EC. Non AC Exhibit room was fair enough, good enough. Only thing I will suggest is they can provide the stools as well as the people here are with impediment little disability in walking and all. They can provide their pad and other things at the room because there is every chance they may slip down but otherwise the room service is good. The nurses they were remediating the timings So one thing I appreciate is they inform the time of the treatment time in advance so that we can be a bit prepared. So there is no confusion and there are no changes in timings. They maintain the timings very well. As far as the people who gave the treatment, they have experience in that line. Nice treatment. Their conversation with me was very good. It was very encouraging. Even after my completion of the treatment, they gave me the advice. So don't do this, don't that or keep this. Their suggestions and improvement were very nice. Staff and restaurant was very well but I have not much to because my food was served in the room itself so my restaurant treatment was very less. But I used to go for evening coffee when one or two guests came. So, for that day, I gave the little beverages and other things. Otherwise, restaurant was very good. Even the atmosphere, I liked it very nice compared to Chennai and other big cities. It was very far away from all the nuisance sounds and other thing. Very nice, very good atmosphere. Only thing, because of my pain, I was not able to go ground, I could not enjoy that atmosphere. But otherwise it was very nice and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I was treated by Dr. Vijay Madhavan. 18 years also I came here last 5 years before he gave me the medicine and other things. I got relief but because of mild severe condition I got admitted. Now I am feeling very well. His service was very Unlike other doctors, as I said earlier, they are not threatening. They say you have to learn to live with it but you will get a relief. You cannot get a cure but you get a release. That way I really appreciate. He was very frank and fair in his opinion. So I appreciate his things. His treatment was very nice. He has told the things very plain.
