So this is Rohit Singh. I am living in Bangalore and in Hong Kong also at that same time. And I have come here to AVN Arogya Ayurvedic Hospital because I met Dr. Ramesh Warrier and I think he told me a lot about what an Ayurveda treatment can do and that was interesting. It has been actually quite wonderful. I have been doing these massages and treatments. And it's been doing beautifully actually. I mean, I have feeling better. And its a long term thing at the end of the day. So this is something that is really helping me out. And what comes with this is... This is a beautiful villa that I am living in. And I've been here for two months. And It's been great. The treatment of course. But not just that, when you talk about the service and the food, the restaurant service, the housekeeping etc. It's been wonderful. I think I would love to mention a few people that have really helped me over here. One of course being Dr. Rameshwarya, then Dr. Sonu has been extremely helpful. Apart from the really good doctors that are there, what has actually been of tremendous help for me has been yoga. The therapeutic yoga that I have been trained on by Dr. Marcel Fenella Jones, MFJ. For short it is easier. I think has been of tremendous help to me and it is something that will really, really, REALLY help people who come here for a very good Ayurvedic treatment. I would definitely take up Physiotherapy and Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga. Keep in mind it's different. A therapeutic yoga is not the same as Yoga Yoga. So this is actually extremely helpful. And that has really, really changed my fitness. So I am happy about that. And I thought that apart from the usual Ayurvedic treatment which is in fact amazing. It's really, really good. I should put in this extra word so that people can look it up and make use of it. I think that is extremely important right? I mean it's a full blown thing. Boom! Go here to subscribe
