My name is Safura Begum. I have come from Trichy. I had knee pain and hip pain for a very long time. It was through a member of our staff that I came and joined here. Last January I was admitted for about fifteen days and was seen. There was good improvement. But I should have gone home and taken some rest. Because of my urgent circumstances I went back to work, and the pain returned. I came back for a check-up. Dr. Biju is the one seeing me here. He treats me well, asking day by day what is happening for me, and they did it well. Compared with the state of my health when I came, I can now see a good improvement, and I have confidence. All the therapists here are very kind, they look after you very well and keep you safe. The food here is very good for us; they give it hygienically. It is purely vegetarian. There is enough of it, and they look at everything and ask before doing it. They ask whether we have had our food and everything. The therapists take great care, and they look after the elderly very well and kindly. They take them by the hand and do it properly. Then from the nursing department they come to see us from time to time and give us the tablets at exactly the right time. Next, they note everything from the therapy times and have it all prepared for us in advance. The nurses, and the water — they give herbal water, then medicinal water comes, tea comes exactly on time, and then they come round to each section asking whether anything is lacking; we can say whatever we want and ask for what we need and have it done here. Then, before we come to the hospital, they take a Covid test for us. Only after it comes back negative do they give admission. After admission you cannot leave this campus. This campus is nice and large and there is walking for us. The attendant who is with us can pass the time well.
