I had a disc problem in all three places — L4 L5, D5 D6 and cervical. But then, when the scan was taken and looked at, it was exactly as he had said. It is sacroiliitis. What I mean is, I had been taking treatment for back pain all the same way. Abhyangam, Navarakizhi, and many Ayurvedic treatments — because I have been writing for nearly 10 years, and because it is very regenerative for our nerves, they gave that treatment. The therapists were all very kind. The therapists Iyyanar and Nagaraj, both of them cared for me.
