Hi, I'm Raghavendra Singh. I have come from Hyderabad, Telangana to here. Basically, I am originated from Uttar Pradesh. I've been settled in Hyderbad for about 14 years. In the month of April, I got severe issues related to cervical disc in the section of C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7. C5, C6 was quite severe and it was pushing my spinal cord by a bit. The gap had reduced from 1200 to 600 out there so I was not able to move initially and had quite a bit of sleep issue and so on. So my hand got numbed on the index finger and the thumb. And somehow I showed to multiple doctors back in Ahmedabad. They were neurophysicians. orthopedic surgeons, neuropathic surgeons and so on. Most of them have recommended me a surgery which I feel that you know it's a good thing to have but at the same time I wanted to try if there is something available in the world which can help me avoid a surgery. So I was researching over YouTube and other channels and somehow I came to know about AV Narogya started looking for people in my network if anyone was treated out here or anyone knew about it. So I have had colleagues and friends who are from Madurai, so I started asking them. I also checked the treatment options back in Kerala like Aryavadeshala, Kuttakal, Kairali and so on but I made up my mind since I had a good feedback from one of my friend his name is Satish Manoharan So he gave them, there's another friend Vinay Kumar Shukla. His family is settled out here. So both of them recommended okay it's okay, it's the city you must try. So that's how I came to know about here. I came in here on 14th night. On 15th my treatment started and the treatment was led by Dr. Sridevi Rajiv and her team of doctors. Dr. Gigi, Dr. Sonu, Malavika then Priyanka. as well as Geetu. There are various doctors available here and the team that Shirevi has, that Shidevi ma'am have is absolutely wonderful. Slowly I started my recovery so when I came in here my pain had got reduced roughly about 30-40% before coming here because of the two months period and I was undergoing a physiotherapy back in Hyderabad. But after coming here, I still had the cilia pain on my arm, my neck, my shoulder area and it was radiating to my arm. So with all that, I started the treatment out here. About 8-9 days later, I saw some relief. The pain started reducing and slowly, slowly, today is 23rd or maybe 24th day of being here and 23rd day of treatment. I feel quite confident. My pain has pretty much subsided except maybe a 5% morning stiffness or things like that. Numbness will take a little more time, it has reduced significantly but it will take time to subside maybe about a month or two which they have put me on an medication for. I feel very confident about my recovery and the help that this hospital and their services have given me. I highly recommend their skillful therapists and nurses who actually give you medicines on time so the morning schedule starts like you will have early morning bed tea which is herbal tea and then you will be given medicines which are empty stomach then we'll have your based on your timings for therapy the break past timing changes slight a bit but Then you will have your breakthroughs and post-breakthroughs medicines. So nurses take care of pretty much everything with respect to medicines, which I really like because when we are at home or in the hospital, we tend to forget on the timings of the medicine, which plays a crucial role, I feel, in the recovery of a person. So that has helped me a lot. I think their service is highly commendable. Then coming to therapists, my therapist was Anand. And there were other fellow therapists when two therapists were needed like Shri Ram, Ashok, Dhamiswa and a few others. But I feel that they have helped me a lot in order to get me the recovery. I highly thank Anand who has actually tirelessly worked with me by even I would say leaving off his week-offs so you know I really thank him for that. As I said, Dr. Srijevi and her team is wonderful. This hospital has got a lot of greenery around which also gives you mental healing as well when you are away from life and get to come closer to nature. Their slogan is good nature and science together which is fairly what they actually do. I am really thankful to Dr. Sridharini and her team, as well as everyone who is available out in the hospital. Coming to the sections of customer support and patient care department that they call, everyone, Geeta, which I think was very helpful to have helped me out and everything. and the stores department. I had my small son of six years here, and he needed to eat some sweets. So Mr. Bala has helped us to get some sweets for him, and we were able to get something else for him. So really, I'm very thankful to his team coming back to the precautions that they're taking post-COVID. They are really awesome. So when you come in, they have all signs and symbols aligned. All staff actually wears their own mask. and I've barely seen anyone's face around in past 24 days. So that's something amazing what they are like, and I really commend that they are taking that much of care. And another thing what I would like to mention is that all of the staff is fully vaccinated not partially so fully vaccinated with both the dose of vaccines. So I think that has also led us to feel more confident about the treatment when a person arrives because these are the therapies in the treatment situation. people will come closer in contact and if they do not take these precautions that then you know like we are very nervous as a human being in the kind of scenario that we have in the pandemic so those and they have places where they have sanitizers, they come and sanitize the area prior to you know starting the therapy.
