Hi, I am Raghavendra Singh. I have come from Hyderabad, Telangana to here. Basically, I am originated from Uttar Pradesh. I have been settled in Hyderabad for about 14 years. In the month of April, I got severe issues related to cervical disc in the section of C4-5, C5-C6 and C6-C7. C5 C6 was quite severe and it was pushing my spinal cord by a bit. The gap had reduced from 12 mm to 6 mm out there. So it was I was not able to move initially and had quite a bit of sleep issue and so on. So my hand. Got numb on the index finger and the thumb. I and somehow I showed to multiple doctors back in Hyderabad. They were allopathy physicians. Orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgical surgeons, so on. Most of them have recommended me a surgery, which I feel that you know it's it's a good thing to have, but at the same time I wanted to try if there is something available in the world which can help me to avoid a surgery. So I was searching over YouTube and other channels and somehow I came to know about AVN Arogya and then that's when I started looking for people in my network if anyone was treated. out here, anyone know about it. So I have had colleagues and friends, friends who are from Madurai. So I started asking them. I have also checked the treatment options back in Kerala like Ayurveda, Ayurveda Shala, Kuttukal, Kerali and so on. But I made up my mind since I had good feedback from one of my friend, his name is Satish Manoharan. So he gave then there's another friend Vinay Kumar Shukla, his family is already settled out here. So both of them recommended okay it's okay, it's the city, you must try. So that's how I came to know about here. I came in here on 14th night, on 15th my treatment started. And the treatment was led by Dr. Sridevi Raji and her team of doctors, Dr. GG, Dr. Sonu, Malavika, then Priyanka. As well as Geethu, there were there are various doctors available hereand the team that Sridevi has, Sridevi ma'am have is absolutely wonderful and. Slowly I started my recovery. So when I came in here, my pain had got reduced roughly about you know 30 40% before coming here because of the 2 months period and I was undergoing a physiotherapy back in Hyderabad. But after coming here, I still had the severe pain on my arm, my neck, my shoulder area and it was radiating till my arm. So, with all that, I started the treatment out here about 8 to 9 days later. I saw some relief, the pain started reducing and slowly slowly, today's 23rd of. Maybe 24th day of being here and 23rd day of treatment. I feel quite confident my pain has pretty much subsided except maybe a 5% morning stiffness. or things like that, numbness will take a little more time. It has reduced significantly, but it will take time to subside maybe about a month or two, which they have put me on an medication for. I feel quite confident about my recovery and the help. That this hospital and their services have given me. I highly commend their skillful therapists and their nurses who actually give you. medicines on time. So the morning schedule starts like you will have early morning bed tea which is herbal tea and then you will be given medicines which are on empty stomach. Then you will have your so based on your timings for therapy the breakfast time changes slight. bit, but then you will have your breakfast, then post-breakfast medicines. So nurse will take care of pretty much everything with respect to medicines. So which I really like because in we are at home or any other job or any other hospital, we tend to forget on the timings of the medicine which plays a crucial role I feel. The recovery of a person. So that has helped me a lot. I think their service is highly commendable. Then coming to therapist, I think. They have, my therapist was Anand and there were otherfellow therapists when two therapists were needed like Sriram, Ashok, Hamiswa and few others. But I feel that they have helped me a lot in order to get me the recovery I. Highly thank Anand who has actually tirelessly worked with me, you know, by even I would say leaving off his weekends. So, you know, I really thank him for that and. Like as I said, Dr. Sreejetha and her team is wonderful. This hospital has got great amenities, like I would say a lot of greenery around. So, which has also, you know, gives you mental healing as well when you are away from your wife and. Get to come closer to the nature and I think their slogan is good nature and science together. So which is fairly I would say what they actually do. So I I'm really thankful to Dr. Sridevi and her team as well as everyone who's available out in this hospital. Coming to the sections of, you know, customer support and patient support, I would say patient care department that they call, everyone, Geeta. I think the other day is, it was very helpful to have, I know, to help me out in anything. And the stores department, I had my small son of 6 years here and he needed to eat some sweets. So Mr. Bala has helped us to get some sweets for him. And he was able to get some of that dose for him. So that I really I'm very thankful to his team. Coming back to the precautions that they're taking post-COVID, they are really awesome. So when you come in, they have all signs and symbols aligned. Their all staff actually wears double mask. And I've barely seen anyone's face around in past 24 days. So that's something amazing what they are like and I really commend that they are taking that much of care. And another thing what I would like to mention that they are all of the staff is fully vaccinated not partially. So fully vaccinated with both. The dose of vaccines. So I think that has also led us to, you know, be moreconfident about the treatment when a person arrives because this is these are the therapies and the treatments which people will come closer in contact and if they do not take these precautions that. And you know, uh like we are really nervous as an uh human being in the kind of scenario that we have in the pandemic. So uh those and they have places where they have sanitizers, they come and uh sanitize the area prior to, you know, uh. Starting the therapy. So that has had a lot.
