My name is R. Prema. I am 65 years old and I come from Sivagangai. When I came I had a very bad kidney problem. Then I would go and show it to a doctor. They gave medicines and tablets and sent me to Madurai. I went to Madurai and had dialysis. Even so the swelling in my legs and all that did not go down for me. Then we saw it on the net, heard about this hospital and came to this hospital. As soon as we came there was the doctor, Sridevi madam. When we asked her she said, all right, let us stay a few days and see; if it goes down I will treat it, and if not I will do the dialysis for that. Then we stayed about 10 days and had the treatment. It is nicely all right for me now. Compared with before, the swelling in my legs has gone down somewhat. Passing urine has become better, and passing motion has become better. Likewise they gave the oil treatment and all of it. They would come to the room itself and take me along. They did all the service well; the people who brought the food behaved very patiently, and that is the main thing. However many questions you ask, even if you ask again and again, they answer patiently. Nobody gets angry about anything. Whoever you ask behaves in a good manner. That is the main thing. Because more than medicines and tablets for the illness, their behaving kindly heals half the ailment. Everyone does it patiently. They do every service on time. They did everything properly. Now my body is all right. I came for a kidney problem. Now everything is good for me. Madam has told me to come back and be seen after three weeks. They have given the medicines and tablets. What I should eat, how I should be, what to do even when I go home — they have told me about all of that. They checked everything. They did it all specially and sent me off. When we came here they first did a Covid test. Having done it, they did not let us out of the room for awhole day. They said we could only come out after the report came back. They did not even let us open the room door. They told us to stay right inside. After that they said we could come out only after the report came at night. None of that was any trouble at all. Whoever comes, they do it well.
