Hi all, my name is Pandiyarajan. I came and was admitted here from Thirunagar in Madurai. My problem is L4 L5 low back pain. And then there was some muscle strain in the neck. So when I checked the Ayurvedic hospitals that have insurance coverage, overall, of the ones nearby, this was the only one that had NIVH approval. So for that one reason I initially joined here. Secondly, a lot of the feedback here was good too. That is why I joined here. So as for the treatment here, first they assess you, initially, on what problems there are, and then the name of the doctor who treated me is Biju. So he is very experienced, and as soon as he saw me he set out a schedule saying what sorts of treatment should be given, how the therapy should be given, and what tablets should be given. Here there is the nursing station, and then there is the quality department, and then there is housekeeping, and they came regularly and took care. Every day, whether it was their coming and giving the tablets, or the quality department coming to see how housekeeping was performing and whether there were any issues or any precautions — they would frequently keep checking. The overall experience was very good. So I would suggest everyone come here to take care of your mental health as well as physical health. Because it is not only about a problem — whenever your spine is raising any problem you have to come here to enhance your body and soul. So it is a very nice place to explore here for the treatment. Before I came there was some pain. Now, as this treatment and these therapies went on and on, I feel much better. Whether it was the therapists here or anyone, everyone was very polite, very humble, very kind. Their behaviour and everything was very happy. So for the overall experience, out of 10 I would give 10. Because whether it is the ambience or this environment, all of it is very superb. Soif you have a problem, definitely low back pain or orthopaedic-related problems, definitely try it once; you will get a good resolution. Thank you.
