Transcript of the video above.

My name is Parameshwari. We have come from Koodal Nagar in Madurai itself. We searched and found this hospital on the net. I had joint pain in the fingers of my hand and joint pain in my toes. At that time a friend of mine told me — a friend of my husband's told me — that if we went here it would become nicely comfortable. All right, we took the treatment. We came here and enquired. Because everyone said it was good, we saw the doctor. The doctor asked what all was happening. They checked whether everything hurt. I told the doctor all the troubles I had. All right, mother, they asked, how are you being seen, are you staying and being seen? First we asked whether we could just come and go. No, they said; coming and going is no use — if you take treatment and then travel back again, it will be somewhat the same for you again. Never mind, we said, we will take about 5 days, and we did that. The doctor comes daily in the morning and sees you; the junior doctor sees you. As for the treatment I had, they did the oil massage. Every morning it was the young people there who did it. They do it well; they do the oil massage and pour it on the head like water, pouring it all with hot water. And then in the evening too they did the Ayurvedic and gave the treatment. They gave me the medicines and tablets here itself. The food was good too. But it was without the spice and sourness and pungency, and I liked it. I ate it. In just about two days about 60% was okay for me. Even though it had been a long time, every day the doctor came and asked. The nurses who came would keep asking too. It seemed to me that it was all right, and with the result being okay I asked the doctor whether I could set off home today, whether I could be discharged. All right, that is fine, they said, and gave medicines and tablets for two months. Take them and see how it is, they said, and come here againafter two months. They said, come and be seen, and tell us afterwards. Likewise they saw to all the food properly. Good water, and people who give it. If you ask for hot water they bring it at once, within 5 minutes. They ask whether you have taken the tablets that come, or whether they should get them for you. They looked after the young people who give the massage well. Whenever the nurse comes she asks, tell us if there is anything else for you. Even if there is any trouble, tell us if there is any shortcoming with us — everyone looked after us kindly and well. There is nothing at all lacking in having come. I have no complaint. I will go home and see and then say. I said so to the doctor even today. All right, go, and if you look after yourself without trouble — I know how to look after myself at home. Never mind, mother, they said; go and apply the oil. Rub it on and eat by the same method. Eat like this with the spice and salt reduced, and go walking as always, do exercise, do yoga, they say. All right, we say.
