While I was working in the office I fell backwards off my chair. My whole shoulder was in a great deal of pain. For about three months it hurt mildly, and then the pain became so bad that I could not lift my arm. Then a friend of mine from the office said, go to AVN in Madurai, they will treat it well, and told me to see Dr. Biju. Accordingly I came and saw sir. They gave oil and tablets for about ten days. After that they said I should come back and stay for ten days. Accordingly I came and stayed at this clinic, and it has been nine days for me. Within five days of the oil massage treatment — oil massage morning and evening, the fomentation and so on — the pain reduced a great deal. After that they gave it in the morning to the arm alone; in the morning a full body oil massage, and then to the arm alone. In my body there had been back pain altogether, neck pain, this shoulder pain, hip pain — all the pain, and by about the fifth or sixth day all the pain had gone. The body felt as though the massage had given it a new freshness; with this massage and this fomentation the whole body came to a kind of freshness. Now I can lift my arm well and everything. When I did some exercise, they also gave physiotherapy for a couple of days. Then even the remaining pain was completed. The body, through this treatment, this herbal medicine — through it every part of the body gets a real freshness, the whole body feels renewed. Beyond that, because I am staying in a bed here, the nurses come at once whenever we call on any day, so that we can stay here without anyone's help; the nursing staff come immediately when we phone. The food likewise. It comes exactly as suited to the patient, without salt or pungency. Herbal tea, likewise spiced milk — the food comes well suited to the patient. They look after those accompanying us well too. The nurses come at once whenever anything isneeded, on time, without a frown, and serve with a cheerful face. In that itself it feels as though half our pains or ailments clear away. My improvement is good. I did not know about this clinic from Madurai; because my friend told me, this clinic has now become necessary to me.
