My name is Kumar. I work as a headmaster in a school in Thanjavur. In 2013 I had trouble in the spine. So I went to a well-known hospital in Madras. They checked me and immediately said surgery had to be done, and I had the surgery done. After that I had almost no pain. Last month the pain suddenly came. At that time my sister's husband had been admitted here for treatment. When I came to see him he suggested it; he said, you too go and be seen once. On that basis I came and showed it to Dr. Arun sir. He said, if you do English medicines they will say surgery has to be done again. But in this of ours, if you stay, we can relieve that pain in 12 to 14 days, he said. Then I took an appointment with him and went away, and came and joined here on 16-5-2022. They gave good treatment. Every day, step by step, the improvement was good. They have said that today, the day after tomorrow, Friday, I am being discharged. Now I have nearly 90% relief. As to the basis on which I came here — whether I sat, or stood, or walked, I would have severe pain in my right leg. After being admitted, it is not there when sitting or when walking; only while taking a walk is there about 10% of that pain. The doctor said, this will come right too, sir; if you rest for another 10 or 15 days and do all the exercises they teach you properly, it will be well, he said. I was very satisfied with taking treatment here. As far as the therapists go, in these 11 or 12 days they talked with me well so that the tiredness was not felt, and cooperated well and did it splendidly for me. The room service and likewise the nursing service were all excellent. Each time, at each hour, every day, somebody would come and ask whether there was any shortcoming. I would tell them everything was correct. The people who clean the room did it splendidly. Not on a single day did they miss the time; they came correctly.Everything, from the bed spread to the toilet to the room, they did well. A most splendid service. Likewise the nursing, bringing the tablets — the time is never missed. If it is 7 o'clock they will be there at 7. Likewise they write up the next day's treatment timings correctly and put them up at that time. In total every service is excellent. Thank you.
