Hi, this is Jasmeet from North India. I'm from Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur city. I had been to AVN 14 days back. It was being recommended by my friend. He had been to this place 1.5 years back. I am here just for detoxification and I am very much convinced about this hospital and treatment. I read about this hospital since 1930. And I attended this hospital, but I came to know that they are very good at their treatments. I lost 7 kgs of weight in 15 days. I was not here for weight loss. I was simply here for detoxification. In south, many of the hospitals have now turned into commercialization. But in this hospital, I saw that. There was treatment was taken into much consideration than anything else. And security, hygiene, everything is well to mark. And I'm going to repeat my experience in March again. Food, although it's a South Indian food, and from all it was difficult for me, but still. At the time passed, I got it. I adapted to the situation and slowly and gradually this Ayurveda concept is. Increasing in India, awareness is all required.
