Hello, my name is Indrani. I come from here in Thirunagar, Madurai. For about 2 years my knee pain was very bad. Now, through some relatives, I heard about the AVN hospital at Vilachery. They said, they give good treatment there, go there. After that I came to this hospital as an outpatient monthly, once, and took the tablets and went. At that time Dr. Sridevi ma'am and Dr. Arun sir were there. They looked after me well. They were the ones who said, if your knee pain is not to get worse, if you stay here a minimum of about 10 days and have the treatment it will be rather good for you. I could not manage to come. After that, with the pain like this, I came here to be admitted. At the entrance they took a Covid test and everything, and only after that report and all of it did they let me in. I came in only after washing my hands and everything. Here I had treatment twice a day. In the morning they start at 7. Likewise at 2:30 in the afternoon; at either time the treatment is more than 1 hour. They come and take you along to that treatment. They write the exact time on the board daily, correctly. What our breakfast is, what the afternoon is, the evening, what we should eat at night — they have already given that list. Everything is exactly according to it. Everything is exact. At that time, if it is 7:00, they come exactly before then and take you along. Likewise they finish the treatment and bring you back. So there is no delay at all in that. They look after you well. Likewise they do all the serving well. The food comes at the right time. The cleaning comes exactly. They come and do their work properly before going. The doctors come in the evening. How are you today? They ask that question daily. What did you do? What did you eat? Are you free? No tension? Are you sleeping well? Is there any other pain, is there any improvement showing? From the day you came untiltoday, now — suppose it has been four days, five days, how is it for you? Has it reduced? For me, since I came, compared with the day I came it has reduced well now. So I am somewhat free, and I am without tension. My pain has all reduced really well. Likewise the nurses all come at exactly the right time and give the tablets.
