My name is Inbarekha and I come from Usilampatti; it is Madurai district. I work as a teacher. I have had knee pain for a very long time. When I was looking on Facebook — I am at the AVN Arogya Ayurveda hospital. Like being in our own home, or else like being in a garden — the trees and plants and all of this here are very splendid. There is no feeling of being in a hospital at all. The service was very splendid. Whether it was thepeople who give the food, or the kabasura kudineer, they gave it daily, morning and evening, twice. Before coming they told us to come having done the Covid-19 check-up. Here too they did a blood test. I had been vaccinated. They said okay. Only after that did they keep me in isolation, and only after that did they begin the treatment. Truly everyone wears masks. That is, everyone who comes to serve wears a mask. Whether it is the girl who brings the tea, everyone — if there is no water, they come and ask themselves, is there no water, give me the water jug, and they take it and bring water and everything. It was all superb. Likewise the tablets — at each correct time the young people would bring the tablets and give them. The nurses and everyone dealt with us very, very affectionately. Everyone is there with a smiling face. That is the great wonder here for me. Nobody ever pulls a face. Everyone did it very splendidly. I was very satisfied with being here. I have a wish to come here once again. But not as a patient. It is good; there is a good feeling. Everyone here deals with us more affectionately than even at our own home. They are affectionate. I like it very much. The treatment is good too. Today is better than the day I came. With a good satisfaction I am going home today, setting off. To the doctors here, the nurses, and then the girls who do the massage, the boys and girls who serve — to all of them.
