So please introduce yourself. Hi, my name is Holger Mueller. I'm speaking to you from Madurai, India, from the AVN Arogya Clinic. And I would like to tell whoever is interested, what a wonderful place. Where are you from, Mr. Holger? I'm from Germany. I live in a small city about 50 kilometers near Frankfurt. Yeah. Okay. What what what is your nature of profession? I'm a web designer or as they call it today a full internet service company, but recently I've actually given up my profession due to my. Medical circumstances which I'll tell about shortly. And I'm actually an artist now, full-time artist now. Good. What is the, what actually brought you here to AVN Arogya Ayurvedic Hospital? About 1 year ago I had a pretty severe aortic dissection. It happened out of out of out of the blue and it was a life threatening experience actually. And the doctors in Germany, they have got no real solutions for for that kind of of illness. And um, I have a friend in Germany actually who is an Ayurvedic practitioner. So I went to see his, I went to his place to see what Ayurveda can can do for me, if it's really the only thing what can be done is regulating the blood pressure as the doctors in Germany tell. And he said, yeah, there might be things we can do. And so I first I underwent a treatment there. But he said to to really go into the matter, I should go to to specialists in in in India. And he happens to know the chief physician here, I think. And uh so he said if you really want to do something for yourself, some some some really good treatment, then uh go to Madurai and see what people can do can do for you there. So what was the overall experience? Are you satisfied with the treatments? Very much so, you know, it's fantastic to see how the the allopathic way, the western medicine and and Ayurveda is combined in in this place and. Yeah, I had a very good treatment, 4 weeksof what is I think called the detoxification rejuvenation program. Unfortunately, due to my Medical circumstances, they couldn't give me a very, well, what they said, the full treatment basically, you know. So, there are certain things that couldn't be done to me due to, due to the risk of further rupturing the the arteries and and everything. But yeah, I had a. had very good treatments, different kind of massage, treatments with with paste applied to to the skin. I had. purification treatments like purgation, enemas, also this navarakizhi which cleans the nose and all the This word I don't know in English. um, like the nose and and throat and and everything, you know. Yeah, so um, I feel very good after all these treatments and um. What are the what are the good memories that you are carrying from Madurai? Well, apart from from from what I've just said about the the medical treatments, this place is Well, for me it's the most significant thing is the hospitality, you know. Starting from my my therapist. The nurses and right down to the people in the restaurant, the housekeeping, the laundry people and it's fantastic, you know, everybody is wearing a smile here and it make me feel very, very much at home and. Yeah, I had a really really good time and I will be leaving day after tomorrow with really half of me smiling because I feel so well but there's also a little sad note you know of going here because this place for the last 4.5 weeks has been my home you know and I felt really great here you know it was very very good time. The same kind of memories are there with our doctors also and also the therapists they are also saying that you know they will be missing you very much. Okay, and would you be interested to come next year for a program or would you like to refer your friends and acquaintances to us? Both clear yes. To both of your questions, clear yes, youknow, because. I'm definitely will be coming again, you know, because um, yeah, as I said, you know, I felt felt great about it and uh, what I have actually left out now is is there actually the actual results, you know, because uh when I came here. I had a blood pressure from between 130, 140 over 98 to 80, and now it's 110 to 120 over 17 to 80. And that's even though I have actually cut my my medication by a third. So. um, well, according to to the views of the doctors in Germany, that is impossible, but yeah, I am. And I mean, and the instruments don't lie. It's it's fantastic, you know, and I. Sort of uh I think I won't be able to keep that up all the time in Germany so because I will be back into the more stressful way of life in in in Europe and everything so uh what I'm planning is actually to come here once a year and and and do that treatment you know that's that's that's what I think you know and uh I've already spoken to some friends of mine in Germany who suffer from various things, you know, like most of them have high blood pressure and they said, oh, do you think this could be a place for us? And I said, yeah, well, so. What I'm actually thinking about, my my dream would be to come here in let's say October, November this year with 3 or 4 my friends, you know, and yeah, that's what I'm looking forward to anyway.
