My name is Giftlin and I live here in Madurai. How I came to know of this hospital is that a member of staff who works with my father told us. They said everything here is good. As for me, I had a disease called arthritis. Arthritis means there is pain in all the joints. The name of the doctor who treated me is Biju sir. He gave me a good hope. At first, when we asked at a great many hospitals, they said that treatment for this disease is very limited and that it would be very expensive, and that there would be a lot of side effects. As far as this hospital is concerned, one plus point is that the medicines given here and the treatment have no side effects at all. Once we enter the hospital they give us a mask daily. As for the treatment, if you look, there are a great many treatments here. For each person they look at what treatment is needed and give it. That is, applying fomentation, and then pouring oil all over the body, pouring herbal water, and then the steam — seating you inside the steam machine and giving steam to the whole body; there are a great many treatments like that. So after each treatment is finished, the doctor checks daily and sees whether there is any improvement from that treatment or whether there is any drawback, and changes the treatment. The therapists there dealt with us very well. So the therapists come daily to our room, call us, take us for the therapy, and bring us back to our room afterwards. The nurses here and all the staff dealt with us very cheerfully. And the food here is given exactly to suit whatever disease we have. Here the medicines are given to us directly by them; we have no trouble at all. When we enter this hospital, before admission they ask for a Covid report. We have to hand over our Covid report on the way in before we can go inside. Then, to come into the hospital, they sanitise us fully right at the gate. They checkthe temperature, and they sanitise all the luggage we bring and take us inside in a safe method. So as for this disease of mine, at first I came unable to walk, without any movement at all. The first time I came here everything became quite normal for me. Now, recently, a few days ago, pain came in two or three places. I came for that now. Now everything has resolved normally for me and I am well.
