Hello, my name is Ganesan. I came from Rajapalayam in Virudhunagar district to this AVN Arogya hospital in Madurai for treatment. Actually, because of a sugar problem, the burning in the soles of both my feet was very bad. I could not sleep somehow. So first, my sister's husband, Mr. Balasamy, had taken treatment here. Because he spoke of it a great deal, I came here and first met Dr. Biju sir. I told him my problem. I have a sugar complaint. I have this bad burning in the feet. I told him those details. At first they gave me one week of medicines. After that I made a request to them; when I said that because the burning in the soles was so bad I could not sleep, they said, come and stay here and I will give treatment. I came, and for the first 5 days they did a powder treatment massage on the legs. From the hip down to the soles, and on the soles too, they put on powder and gave the treatment for about 45 minutes. In the first two days there was only a little recovery for me. After that the burning in the feet reduced somewhat. Sleep had been entirely absent. But from the third day some sleep came at night, little by little. Then after the fifth day, for about 5 days, they did an oil massage on my legs. Besides that, in the evening they did a powder massage too. After giving both these massages, on the 6th day I slept well. I had had no appetite either. That came right for me too. Since coming here, physically, of the burning in my feet about 90% has been cured in these 10 days. Now I can put my feet down and walk well. At first the grip of the foot, the grip on the ground, was poor. It would slip a little; the slippers would slip. Now it is reasonably good. The burning in my feet has been well cured. Now they have given medicines for another 15 days. They have told me to continue. Likewise, looking at the accommodation, it was most excellent here and I liked it verymuch. First, I look at neatness. The neatness here is very good. Even the toilet was very superb, and a thing very much to be commended is that in many places the toilet is not satisfactory. Here they clean it 3 or 4 times a day. That was very satisfying to my heart. Besides that, there is no anger or tension on any of the staff's faces here; even over these last ten days that I have been here continuously, not one person — whether the nurses, or the physiotherapists who take you along, or the staff; everyone gives most excellent service. I am not just talking in this video. It is 100%. I say this from my heart. I will certainly recommend this hospital myself to some others. I say this word myself. Secondly, when Biju sir visits, he asks every day. What is happening to them? He asks clearly. If we say it clearly, they change the treatments to suit, right in the middle. Like that, it is felt. I ate a diet like this. Even so it was good, it was healthy. It was healthier here than outside. And my sugar level has come down. It has come down in these 10 days. Many thanks.
