My name is Babu. I am 52 years old. Basically my profession is construction engineer. So with construction you know how much stress there will be. So actually the problems I had were migraine, a headache. There was a block in the nose. And then I had a frozen shoulder. Then at construction sites there are no lifts. So I have to go by the staircase. Going by the staircase, I feel very tired. I was very tired at all those times. So what I did — before, I would be very active, I would be very active. I was very tired and very lazy and like that. So then, when I searched, when I searched on Google, when I searched on the internet, I heard about AVN. And the reviews were good too. It was only seven days. As soon as I came here they got me in contact with Dr. Biju. He is a very nice person. First he enquired fully about everything. He enquired what my problem was and what it was. Having seen all the complaints fully. After that he gave me treatment. First, for the treatments, they started me on oil therapy, the giving of fomentation, all those Ayurvedic treatments. And then what was very helpful for me was that they removed all the phlegm in the nose. They gave that for about 3 days. For that — say something in life; I do not know exactly what it was. But it was very good, those 3 days. All the phlegm came out of me. On the first day a little came, and on the second day, if you had looked, it all came in a yellow colour, that much of it came out of me. So that, and giving the enema, they put right all the problems I had in the stomach. Sothere is a good feeling for me, as though all my body's wastes are being expelled. I feel well, I feel very fresh now. Actually, when I came here on the first day I was not at all confident. But looking at it now, I am nicely confident. After all the body wastes went, I am nicely fresh and I am nicely energetic. It is as though five years have come off. This is not just talk; I say it truly. It is as though five years have come off. I walk well. I am nicely active. I am just as I was before. I am nicely active. So the staff here, the balance here. Diet — there we would eat snacks and this and that. So here the food comes at exactly the right time, food in measure. So vegetarian meals. So all of this is rather good. All the staff are good. Because the room attendants, the nurses, the doctors are all good, I will certainly recommend this treatment here to my family members, to my friends and to my neighbours next year.
