Urovasti

About Urovasti

This localized therapy focuses on strengthening the Hridaya (heart chakra and organ) and the lungs. It works by improving local blood circulation and relieving deep emotional or physical tension held in the thoracic cavity.

When Urovasti may — and may not — be appropriate

May be appropriate for

  • Ischemic heart disease, intercostal neuralgia, chronic asthma, chest muscle spasms, and anxiety-induced palpitations.

When it should NOT be done

  • Acute myocardial infarction (heart attack emergencies), severe thoracic skin wounds, and active pulmonary hemorrhages.

The decision is always individualised by your treating physician.

What to Expect During Urovasti

A comforting, warm pressure over the heart, deeper and easier breathing patterns, and an immediate sense of emotional grounding.
