Internal chilliness

Internal chilliness is a sensation of feeling cold deep inside the body, even when your surroundings are warm. It can be associated with low metabolism, anaemia, or hormonal changes. Ayurveda sees this as a sign of weakened Agni (digestive fire) and increased Kapha or Vata.
