Hi, my name is Brett and I've just been at this Ayurvedic center for the last 5 days. I'm from the West Coast of Canada, in BC, and I've visited a few different Ayurvedic places in India before. I've heard about this place, so decided to come give it a try. I work as a physiotherapist and a yoga teacher in Canada, so I have some knowledge of the body. And what I was particularly looking for in this place was an individualized program where there was some focus on my individual needs because obviously we all have different body types and tendencies and I was very happy that. I did receive that here and the doctors all seemed very attentive uh to my specific needs. So, um yeah, I think this place kind of ticks all the boxes. The The food was great, the treatments were excellent, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the sheets were nice, there was hot water, staff were all very pleasant. um, and it definitely was the real deal. So, um, again, I think you need at least a week here because it can be quite intense when you're doing a cleanse. So, I would say. Bank on at least a week, and if you can afford it, even 2 weeks, because that way you'll get even more out of it. So, that's that's my next time I would come for 10 days.
