Transcript of the video above.

Hi, my name is Brett and I've just been at this Ayurvedic center for the last five days. I'm from the west coast of Canada in BC and I visited a few different Ayurveda places in India before but heard about this place so decided to come give it a try. I work as a physiotherapist and a yoga teacher in Canada, so I have some knowledge of the body. And what I was particularly looking for in this place was an individualized program where there was some focus on my individual needs because obviously we all have different body types and tendencies. I did receive that here and the doctors all seemed very attentive to my specific needs. So yeah, I think this place kind of ticks all the boxes. The food was great. The treatments were excellent. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were nice. There was hot water. Staff were all very pleasant. And it definitely was the real deal. Again, I think you need at least a week here because it can be quite intense when you're doing your cleanse. So I would say bank on at least the week and if you can afford even two weeks because that way you'll get even more out of it. So next time I will come for 10 days. But if you are thinking about coming to India this will be a good place to get the real deal. Go here to subscribe.
