Good morning everyone. My name is Venkat. I came from Bangalore. I came here for treatment for my parents basically, where my mother is suffering from arthritis related issues and she's also a diabetic and diabetic neurogenic issues. And my father also, he is also a diabetic from long time and he also suffered with diabetic neuropathic issues and from past 2 years. Depending on allopathic medicines, which they're getting a temporary relief, but their symptoms getting aggravated by the time. So I thought of, can't we try for an Ayurvedic treatment? And I came to know about this AVN Arogya. From one of my friend who was in Bangalore and I thought okay let's let's give it a try for this one and I reached here sometime in the first week of March and the initial response was good. And the way their treatment procedure was scheduled is completely new to me because we haven't seen any kind of Ayurvedic treatment before. And the first thing which I like is. Try to understand the problem and try to see what needs to be done to fix it and how exactly you need to do and how many how long it would take and. What would be the end result? So basically, it was very good, much clearly explained by the doctors and the treating doctor for us is Dr. Sridevi Rajee. And she explained the procedures and what needs to be done. And the good thing which I like is this is not something like they come back and say it like, okay, your treatment will be done and you will be all right. Because Ayurvedic is something which needs to be. Clear from the roots, they initially told us okay this will take some time. Initially what they told is my mother has a severe pain, so she told initially that sort of the pain will be reduced after this treatment for 2 weeks or so. But surprisingly I see a better result for my mother and she is feeling better now and she is able to walk and do her own work. So samefor my father also he has developed diabetic and neurogenic symptoms with a numbness and burning sensation in his feet and arms. So this is also it's good that we identified it today here. They had a proper MRI test in the beginning and they planned the treatment according to that. So basically we get a treatment of like 2 times a day in the morning and evening. Two sessions of therapist would be administered and these therapies are done by pretty much trained therapists. They know what what is what needs to be done and the procedure is very clearly written to the therapist and they know what exactly they need to do. And if there is any issues or anything you can go back and bring up to their notice immediately. And this is one of the best thing. The way which I like here is as the treatment progresses, they don't just come and give the treatment for 1 week or 2 weeks and continue the same treatment. But they do a regular checkup on daily basis, so if needed any further adjustment in the treatment or any additions or deletions in the treatment, they would do that. That gives a better. output at the end. So overall I was pretty much happy that I took a good decision coming to AVN and I definitely recommend some of my friends, basically their relatives also. Suffering from this arthritis related pain because of this old age and other issues. So overall it was a very good experience for me. And thank you very much and hope you had a good time.
