My name is Tharani. I have come from Madurai. Actually I had back pain for the last four years. So I came to know of the AVN Ayurvedic clinic through the net and through my father. My father had already taken treatment here and been cured. So I have come here too. In this Covid situation we would certainly all think it is difficult to have to go and be admitted to a hospital. But still, here they have taken full precautionary measures properly. Before admission they asked us to give a Covid report, a PCR test. After that, even once you are here, they give masks daily, plus the temperature check — it is all proper. Because I came for back pain, Sreeja ma'am was the one who treated me. Her service was good. Plus all the sisters here take good care of you. Daily the quality check department comes and asks for our feedback. If we face any complaints we can share them with them. There is treatment twice daily, like. The nurses themselves come to the room and take you along to the therapy room. It is entirely Ayurvedic treatment — oil massage, and then the fomentation; it is that sort of thing. As I already said, I had this pain for 3 to 4 years. But after coming here almost 85% of it has been well cured for me. Hopefully — they have given medicines for one more month, and I believe that with that it will be fully cured.
