Hello. My name is Sudhagaran. I come from Salem. Actually we were admitted for rheumatoid arthritis and leg pain. First we had tried Ayurveda outside. We tried homeopathy too, but because those take a period of time — a considerable period of time — we looked on the internet, and then we came here. So before being admitted here they had asked for a Covid test. Only after that did they let us in. So before coming in we first consulted Dr. Biju sir. Beforehand they had noted down all the difficulties I had. So as soon as we saw sir he explained clearly what the difficulty was and what the situation was now. Since it is at a chronic stage, he explained clearly that it can be improved slowly — I mean that it can be sustained as far as it can be. After that I had to stay here for 14 or 15 days. So over those 15 days, coming to the treatment, all the treatments are being done with very experienced Ayurveda. The treatments are all thoroughly satisfying. Between the pain I had on that first day and the pain I have now, being discharged, there is nearly a 60 to 70% difference for me. Then the therapists — the therapists, once we tell them where the pain is and what the disease is, treat it accordingly. And the doctors guide them accordingly. Next, the duty doctor comes first thing at six in the morning to ask what the difficulties are, and often once again at midday; so at least once a day, before the doctor comes, they come first in the morning and I was asked what the difficulties were. Then, when it comes to food, everything is satisfying as far as the food is concerned. The other service here is such that whatever we expect is fully met. When it comes to medicine, the nurses provide everything here exactly on time. So there is no question of our having to go and fetch medicine. Everything comes looking for us. One thing we have to observe: they told us to observe where ourpain is and at what times and of what kind. So between arriving and now there are a great many improvements. Likewise the other staff and the cleaning as well — whatever it is, they come to the room daily, once a day. They provide all the cleaning service. So from the beginning, AVN Ayurveda definitely helps us. So this medicine, food, yoga — and besides that yoga and physiotherapy. They suggest physiotherapy and all of this, so all of this is helpful.
